No matter how pozzed things become, the final victory will be Christ's over Satan.

This type of cyclical thinking is so tiresome. There is no reason why history must follow these set paths. History is dynamic and can be turned on a dime, as it has many times.

The masses’ degeneracy means nothing for the elite few who can resist temptation long enough to take power and correct civilizational decay.

Well said AA. This post was as timely as ever. We all know the despair, defeatism, and pessimism is only going to get worse. This type of thinking, while understandable, is simply unproductive. We'll also see no shortage of subversive types constantly attempt to demoralize the few that want to weather the storm and Ride the Tiger. It is absolutely vital that we maintain this clear and honest framing of our situation. As more conversations focus around the topic of 'What is to be done?' The perspective you've outlined MUST be our unconditional starting point.

Is there any such reading material as can help this lost millennial cope with the shattered liberal paradigm? I find myself unable to sleep or enjoy life after my liberalism was so roundly dismantled, and I come seeking some advice as to how to take the sting away.

Might consider Why I am Not. Liberal by Johnathan Bowden. Half of it is available as an interview here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aL3agVbX6K8

Thank you AA. What I'm after more is a kind of soothing balm to put on the scathing burn of the paradigm shift from materialism, addicted millennial that I am, to this new and intimidating Traditionalism which rejects and refutes nearly every aspect of my life. Feminine as it is, I can't help but have a mental breakdown at how impactful this has been, and admittedly how much more difficult this is going to make my life which is already in a compromised status due to my reliance on the medical structure (kidney transplant.) Is there any material anywhere about what exactly a future of Traditionalism looks like, or any communities I could join? Thanks in advance.

Excellent recommendation he hit all the nails on their heads in that one

You should learn to live with your power levels. Conversing your knowledge to normies will make it worse

What if those normies are the family with which I would otherwise like to connect?

If I may be so bold, why do you want to leave the liberal mindset if it so upsetting? We all live in this system to some extent and have our part to play, yet we strive for something greater. What is it that You want to live for?

If you are looking for community I suggest a serious section of Christianity...

Because liberalism is incapable of defending against the tyranny we currently face. By nature it is too destabilizing, and further more it degrades the moral spirit of a people over time. Communism and liberalism both make materialist assumptions about the world, being Enlightenment ideologies. This revelation has brought into me a repulsion for material goods that once occupied my luxury hours. And it has alienated me from friends and family. I have nothing else.

Good. If it didn't repulse you then it would still have you in its grip. Now you are essentially a soldier behind enemy lines. Better yet, a Fifth Column determined to bring about a new system. Above, AA gave the answer to your problem. Get married, have children (many), prepare them for the Spring to come....

I'm a Gen X'er. Spent my younger years cynical at the establishment but believed in a soft progressivism coming to the rescue. As I got older I gave this boomer idealism up but looked for materialism and status to give me what I needed. Now I hark after the echoes of a world my 18 year old self would have rebelled against. I want substance, meaning and maturity in my own life but also demand it in society and culture. My school friends seem to have perfected a combination of boomer comfort and gen x cynicism and think I'm mad and a conspiracy theorist whenever I mention anything about this.

To take the edge off, AA, I suggest you read 'The Long Winter' By Laura Ingalls Wilder...its a short one.

A realist must try to understand how and why we are here today and to map the current territory, our pagan ancestors demand it. Realism is my religion

Very good work. But I wouldn't be so sure if this would really go on for four more generations. Of course, this is more than possible, but my gut feeling tells me that God and the world can no longer accept this state. Whether nuclear winter, Black Sun or Caliphate, a destructive force will break over us and cleanse the "West"

As an early gen X a lot of this post modern soul death resonates. In my 2às I grew to hate the total Boomer dominance of culture expressed through seeing Woodstock as the absolute zenith of Human history and the suffocating blanket of 60s nostalgia especially "Classic Hits FM" radio format. In those day Indie music was an actual thing. I guess there was enough feul fumes of belief left over to avoid some of the extremes of cynicism AA describes but even it was still a demand for our own "authentic" 60s and not a hand me down version.
