Reviewing Adam Curtis Archive
Now available!
It took a bloody long time (seriously never ask me again!) but the complete archive of Reviewing Adam Curtis is now available on its own tab. This will safeguard the series from the evil clutches of the BBC and from the rabid and pulsating slop of X. In case, you’re interested, I have also made a spreadsheet of all the episodes to date. By my calculations there are at least 17 episodes left. Horus, who has become the show’s “heel”, debuted on episode 9, fan favourite and “MVP” Simon Roberts made his first appearance on episode 15 and has been ever present since. If you have not watched these shows, now is a good time to start. The early shows, which I did solo, have some great WW2 and anti-Churchill stuff in them. I remember the three Living Dead shows being absolutely mindblowing, and the series arguably hit its stride when Simon and Horus came on board from The Mayfair Set on. Morgoth dropping in for The Trap was also a highlight. This project started on 15th January 2024. In my original conception it was going to take 9 months. This plan did not survive contact with reality. We will finish it! Although how we’re going to struggle through the seven episodes of Traumazone I do not know.

The link just takes me back to the Forbidden Texts homepage.
Does this not work on the app? I don't see a tab for this
I've enjoyed the reviews, it's very entertaining and enlightening. I've also watched some of the episodes again raw and I've seen more things that you didn't bring up and I hadn't noticed, is this a known phenomena I wonder? Maybe the passivity of tv viewing and Curtis' way of constantly switching images and music has some form of hypnotising effect which is broken by having watched the series with your commentary?
I don't know, but don't stop doing these commentaries.
